
LT alumni Dr. Angel Pazurek and Dr. Suzan Koseoglu have co-authored a new publication in EdTechnica: The Open Encyclopedia of Educational Technology. Angel and Suzan began collaborating on numerous projects during their time together as Ph.D. students in the LT program and have continued to do so. Angel is now a faculty member in LT, and Suzan is a faculty member in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at the University of Greenwich in the U.K.

She was invited by Dr. Nurul Hijja Mazlan, a faculty member in the College of Computing, Informatics and Media at UiTM. Dr.Cassie Scharber, the associate professor of Learning Technologies program and also the director of L+T Collaborative, has been named Assistant Dean for Professional and Online Education in CEHD. In this role, Cassie will lead distributed education efforts and initiatives within the college specific to professional and online learning. She will provide support and guidance to the Office of Teacher Education and other units overseeing professional programs in the college.
