Comments on LT:

I'm grateful for the wonderful teachers/advisors and all of my graduate student colleagues for making my PhD journey through LT what it was. I really appreciated (among the students especially!) a spirit of collaboration and willingness to help each other out--grad students can sometimes feel competitive with each other, but that was never my experience in LT.

I am so grateful for my time at LT and the amazing opportunities I received to pursue my passion for education and teachers through research and teaching. I so appreciated my time learning from and collaborating with exceptional faculty, students, and community members. LT provided me with invaluable experiences, lifelong friends, and the support and encouragement to grow as both a scholar and human.

Comments on LT:

I gained my Ph.D. from the LT program, UMN in June, 2018. In LT, I experienced warmth and support from my supervisors, faculty members and my peer colleagues. I also gained a sufficient skill set and advanced knowledge during my study period, which helped me develop as an experienced researcher and a better person.

Comments on LT:

During my 2 years of Master’s in LT I have been part of an amazing community of students and faculty that truly care about the work that we do. I have learned about the importance of research, I have explored new edtech tools, and I have had discussions that have truly transformed the way I think (and act) about educational issues. The classes and experience gained through the program helped me prepare for a career in the e-learning industry.
