The 2015 International Convention of the Association for Educational Communications & Technology was held in Indianapolis, Indiana, from November 3-5, 2015. LT instructor Dr. Angel Pazurek, along with LT PhD student Fan Ouyang, presented their scholarship among other leaders in the field of educational technology.

Supporting this year’s conference theme of "Racing into the Future," their paper session "Because its 2015: Examining the Visibility of Women Scholars in Ed Tech" shared an analysis of journal publication rates through the lens of gender within the past ten years (Scharber, Pazurek, & Ouyang).
