LTML creative director Jeni Henrickson gave the keynote to for the Minnesota Alliance for Geographic Education annual GeoFest conference. In her keynote, “Journeying Off the Beaten Path: On risk-taking, opportunity-giving, and change-making,” Henrickson discussed the importance of journeying off the beaten path, and how she believes risk-taking and opportunity-giving can lead to change-making as educators, learners, and in our personal lives as well. She also shared how geography and the great outdoors offer kids and adults alike a fantastic springboard into lifelong learning.
