Angelica Pazurek, a teaching associate professor in learning technologies within the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, will be a keynote speaker at the 2024 International Conference on Advances in Social Sciences, Education and Humanities (ICASSEH), organized by the International Society for Academic Research in Science, Technology, and Education (ARSTE).
This virtual conference takes place September 20–22. Pazurek will speak on “What Do Advances in Generative AI Mean for Educational Practice and Research?” Emphasizing the critical importance of developing AI literacy, Pazurek will describe the ways generative AI is impacting teaching, learning, and research in higher education by discussing both the opportunities and challenges associated with emerging AI developments.
