Bodong Chen was recently invited to present at the 7th Annual Mobiles for Education Alliance Symposium in Washington, DC. This year’s symposium theme was “Future-Proofing Technology for Education in International Development,” with a focus on "cost-effective and sustainable uses of technology for advancing quality educational outcomes, particularly in lower resource and developing countries around the world."

During the conference, Chen presented in two sessions and gave talks on “MOOCs for Teacher Professional Development in China” and “Learning Analytics for the Global South: A Chinese Perspective.”

The presented work was funded by the Digital Learning for Development (DL4D) network.
