Dr. Charles Miller (LTML Co-Director) will deliver the opening keynote titled “Parents as Designers: A Necessary Element for Transformative Learning” at the PACER Center’s 2012 Technology Institute on July 12. The Institute will be attended by directors, staff, and individuals from the PACER Centers’ National Parent Technical Assistance Center which encompasses 104 parent centers across the country (www.parentcenternetwork.org).
