Aaron has been invited to keynote the EDULEARN12 conference in Barcelona, Spain, in early July this year. His talk is titled “Adventure Learning: Bringing Real-World Issues Direct from the Field into Classrooms Worldwide.” Aaron will speak about his dogsledding expeditions crossing the circumpolar Arctic, and his latest project, Earthducation, which investigates the intersections between education and sustainability on every continent.

EDULEARN12 is an international forum that covers the latest innovations and results in the fields of new technologies in education, elearning, and methodologies applied to education and research. It draws presenters and attendees from 75+ different countries.
