Dr. Charles Miller (LTML Co-Director) was appointed to the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE) E-Learn Executive Committee for a 3-year term for 2012, 2013, and 2014. AACE E-Learn is a leading international conference that serves as a multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research, development, and applications of all topics related to e-Learning in the Corporate, Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education sectors.

In addition, Dr. Miller was invited to join to the International Editorial Review Board for the International Journal of Cyber Behavior, Psychology, and Learning (IJCBPL) earlier this spring. Focusing on cyber behavior, psychology, and learning, IJCBPL encourages the exploration of emerging areas in cyber learning such as online social communication, individual differences, cognitive and metacognitive learning, etc. to generate deep understanding about the behavior, information processing, and psychological orientations of online learners.
