Dr. Angel Pazurek has been invited to join the College Educational Quality national research project at Teachers College, Columbia University to develop alternative ways to evaluate educational quality and rigor in U.S. higher education institutions. She will lead the development of a methodology that will appropriately assess online courses and programs.
Doering kicked off the Minnesota Council for History Education technology conference for teachers and future teachers by showcasing how technology and adventure can come together to make a difference in the classroom. Attending teachers from throughout Minnesota also learned from Doering about the key principles to technology transformation.

During fall semester, two LT PhD students, Drs. Angel Pazurek and Yang Lin, successfully defended their dissertations.
